How the approval prompts work — 4 easy steps
- Approve inbox preview: allow a read-only list of up to 10 headers from your own signed-in inbox.
- Choose a message: type its list number, or Cancel to stop.
- Approve reading: confirm access to that one message's safe plain-text content.
- Choose AI drafting: approve sharing only that selected message with the local Agent. It can research named public websites, verify facts and prepare a copy-ready reply.
Privacy: your inbox is not searched publicly, no email is sent automatically, and closing or declining any prompt stops that step. Sign in to webmail in the same browser first.
